We are located in Green Island, NY just 8 miles north of Albany, NY in the heart of the Capital District Region of New York State. The Capital District Region which includes Albany, Schenectady, and Troy, NY is a region with a population of close to 750,000 people.

The Capital District Region is just 1 hour from the Adirondack, Berkshire, Catskill, and Green Mountains and only 2 ½ hours from New York City, 3 hours form Boston MA and 3 ½ hours to Montreal, Quebec.

From the South

I 87 North to Exit 23. Through toll take 787 North 9 miles until first signal light. At light take right (Tibbits Ave.). Go approximately ½ mile through traffic light and past Honeywell plant. R.K. Freedman & Son Inc. is on left immediately after Honeywell. Enter down side road.

From the North

I 87 (Northway) South to Exit 7. Once off exit go towards Troy/Cohoes (East). At bottom of hill get in right lane and exit at Cohoes (787 N). Once on 787 N (Stay in right lane) you will travel approximately 1 mile and take right at signal light (Tibbits Ave). go approximately ½ mile through traffic light and past Honeywell plant. R.K. From the West

I 90 East to exit 24. Through the toll take I 87 (Northway) North to exit 7. Once off exit go towards Troy/Cohoes (East). At bottom of hill get in right lane and exit at Cohoes (787 N). Once on 787 N (stay in right lane) you will travel approximately 1 mile and take right at signal light (Tibbits Ave). Go approximately ½ mile through traffic light and past Honeywell plant. R.K. From the East

I 90 west to Albany, take 787 North (Troy/Cohoes) approximately 7 miles. Once on 787 N (stay in right lane) you will travel approximately 7 miles, and take right at signal light (Tibbits Ave). Go approximately ½ mile through traffic light ands past Honeywell plant. R.K. Freedman & Son Inc. is on left immediately after Honeywell. Enter down side road.

From Vermont

Take Route 7 South to Troy, NY. At bottom of hill get on ramp and take 787 North (Cohoes/Green Island) approximately ¾ mile. Stay in right lane and take right at signal light (Tibbits Ave). Go approximately ½ mile through traffic light and past Honeywell plant. R.K. Freedman & Son Inc. is on left immediately after Honeywell. Enter down side road.
